What is Naproxen? Naproxen is an anti-inflammatory medication. It relieves pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and juvenile (childhood) arthritis. The usual dosage is 500mg Naproxen, but your primary health care provider may suggest a different dosage. The Naproxen 500mg tablet should be taken with water. Children should not use the Naproxen 500 mg tablet.
